This was a unique and very enjoyable experience and will remain as one of the "special" moments of our holiday.
It was difficult to find, even with the satnav - as usual we got very close but couldn't quite work out the last bit. Eventually we found a large sandy car park and phoned Charo to have her appear at the end of an entrance virtually next to us. The equestrian centre has a name which I can't remember - it's worth asking the name before going there as there is a sign post with it on.
There was a large childrens birthday party going on and Charo made it clear that we were welcome to use the clubhouse for a beer or drink and see the goings on - we are both so glad we did.
There really are a LOT of animals here (which is why we booked it) - cats, dogs, horses, ponies, a pig, parrot, monkee, lizard etc etc
We didn't get to see them all and I don't know if it is quieter you could get Charo to arrange for you to see them, but what we did see was a joy.
It was especially a joy to see the many children so excited to be near the animals and feeding the ponies etc and to see the ponies then running around at full speed in the paddock, like wild horses... it was a stunning spectacle.
Charo and her team are clearly very hard workers and we felt welcome by them though they clearly had a lot to do so hard pressed for time.
The loft accomodation is very comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning was very effective.
Our one little reservation was the pool didn't seem usable as it had a fountain going on as well as tubes floating about (pool cleaner) so swimming was out if we had had the time for it.
Highly recommended as a unique and fascinating place to stay.
