Rachel was a fabulous host, very communicative. Thoughtful extra touches like a breakfast basket were an added highlight. A short taxi ride to the city centre (£7 approx) meant we were in a great location for our planned activities, which included a meal out and cocktails, and a visit to the Thermae Spa the following day. My friends and I were celebrating a 30th birthday amongst us and Rachel was so understanding. She was very flexible with us for check in if there wasnt a previous booking before our arrival, understanding that we were travelling from around the country. Would highly recommend.

Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed here for one night and it was perfect! Rachel is such a thoughtful host. The accommodation itself is so beautifully decorated with really comfy beds. It’s about a 20 minute downhill walk to the center and taxis are easy to come by and cost around £7 to get the 5 of us back up again :) Overall we would really recommend to stay here and will look to stay here again ourselves :)

Food lover, writer, brand expert, astrologer and Bach flower remedies practitioner. I escaped from London to live in Bath more than 20 years ago and since then I've run my own business, become interested in sustainability and explored what it means to be alive! I've travelled all over the world, but there's no place like home when it's in Bath. An enchanting city and and a heavenly place to keep coming back to.
