Other things to note

Please note: the apartment comes with permanent resident cat and king of the castle, 6 year old Russian Blue named Beau. He loves company and meeting new people, but he will have to warm up to you before you can give him any pets or cuddles.

Also: the bathroom is a bit small, with most of the floor space taken up by an antique clawfoot tub. It is not a very glamorous powder room, but it serves its purpose!

I was a single traveler and the space was perfect for me. Quirky, cute little apartment. Located close to subway which made it easy to hop on to hit Manhattan everyday. In addition to Jamie’s list of restaurant recommendations, I really enjoyed Knickerbocker Bagels and IC Brooklyn Cafe.

Jamie is a very friendly host and we enjoyed staying at her place very much. Close to the subwaystop we were glad to have a calm and beautifully furnished refuge. Jamie was very helpful if we had questions and answered us quickly.

Location was fantastic. Very interesting spots. Loads of great bars and restaurants (try Mominette for brunch). The area had a real bohemian vibe to it. Close to the L train which takes you to Williamsburg and Manhattan. Jamie was very nice and welcoming. Gave us some really good tips for the area, which she also noted down for us. The apartment was okay. The futon in the guest bedroom was uncomfortable, but didn't disrupt sleep. Good for one person. The bathroom is very small. Not a lot of room to move, which can't be helped.
