Great location and very unique experience. Terrific proximity to UW and easy access on and off of I-5 for excursions anywhere. Also really enjoyed the local places to have a beer and grab a bite to eat...all within easy walking distance. It was a beautiful weekend in Seattle for us and so the "boat watching" on the ship canal was great all day and night. Somebody noted in another review that there was bit of noise from the I-5 and University Bridge above. Our feeling was that it was completely in the background and not a distraction at all. Truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to experience Seattle in a way "cooler" setting than a hotel! :)

This place was great. Very clean. Private house right on the bay. Plenty of room, but we mostly hung out on the dock or patio. Can watch the bridge lift for sailboats and rent paddleboats and canoes close by. So nice to have a free parking spot right in front of house as well.

Great location! I jumped off the end of the pier each morning and swam down to the Seattle Yacht Club. Doesn't get any better!

Nice house by the sea and close to the university. Great view! Right under the highway, so a bit noisy, but we weren't bothered that much by it. Aaron and the pillow team answered very fast to all our questions.

We loved our stay here. The home is clean and comfortable, and the location right on the water made our trip feel so special. If you're staying a few nights I'd definitely recommend setting aside an evening to grill on the back patio and eat dinner on the dock. Only issue we ever had was that Uber drivers couldn't find the house very easily.

Great place and well equipped. Lovely location not too far from downtown Seattle. Los of traffic noise from the bridge above but you get used to that after a little while

We were more than impressed with the home. The pictures on the website do not even begin to do it justice. It was a great evening for all of us and we really appreciated being able to stay in this home. While there is some noise from the roadways, it still feels secluded and private. Great weekend!!! I'd definitely stay here again for another family weekend event!

I have lived in the Seattle area for 30+ years and have loved the water aspect of our great city. Boating, kayaking, happy hours, paddle boarding, Seafair, Blue Angles, water skiing, and hydroplanes are just some of the things you have access to when living on the water in Seattle.

I grew up on the lake as a kid and these were just some of the items I have been lucky enough to experience. I hope you get to explore and experience it as much as I have.
