A peaceful retreat located in the heart of Burgundy countryside. Our Maison des fleurs 'Chambre d'hote' is located in the village of Missery, on the edge of the Morvan regional Natural Park, rich with wildlife, water sports, mountain biking, hiking & history. Near to the historical city of Dijon & medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois & within easy reach of Saulieu which hosts a Saturday morning market. You can easily visit the famous 'route des Grands Crus' to Beaune, the capital of the wine region
Our Burgundy home; 'Maison des Fleurs' was originally an old forge. Near Saulieu, Mont -Saint-Jean, & La Motte-Ternant, Our Chambre d'hote offers a comfortable, peaceful, & picturesque stay. Our 'Chalet style' room of 26 sq m, is on an upper level & with your own entrance from the Garden. You will find an attractive homely room with a comfortable King sized bed. There is a bathroom area with shower. From the outside balcony you can glimpse the historic 'Cháteau de Missery' You will be served a french continental breakfast basket in an area of the garden, weather permitting, or in some circumstances you may have this in your room. In cooler months this is taken in the 'salle á manger' of the main house.

We invite you to have a relaxed & private stay, but we are available for any needs you may have or information required.
A continental french style breakfast basket will be served each morning in the garden at a time to suit & Fresh coffee & Juice is provided also. However, when the weather is unsuitable, this can usually be served & enjoyed in the the covered area of the garden, (or in your room in exceptionel circumstances). If you choose early breakfast, summer can be quite' fresh' in the mornings outside. In cooler months breakfast is served in the 'salle á manger' of the main house, access in the back garden.
Your room can be serviced during a stay of multiple nights if you choose.

The accommodation is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
We can not accept Babies & children & pets here due to unsuitability, sorry.

Heating is included in the winter months pricing.
