You will find yourself in peace if you choose to stay in this flat as you'll enjoy the sound of seagulls, smell of the marvelous sea Bosphorus and city lights. The apartment is only a 2 minute walk to bus and taxi stations. You could visit historical Armenian and Dimitrios Rum churches down the street.

The space

"Since this is a very old house, there is no elevator and one should take steep stairs to access the house, which might be troublesome for people having trouble with their knees or legs. The apartment is on the top floor of a historic"
"The place airy, cosy and with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus."

Bathroom is a combo with an open shower.

"You will find yourself glued to a marine traffic website tracking all the giant ships going up and down the Bosporus. "

Clean, quite, peaceful, simple and sunny wooden house. Your best choice if you want to chill, wonderful neighborhood with almost no sound but the phosphorus ships horns. Beautiful view you could see the phosphorus directly when the sun wakes you up in the morning. We spent the best days of our lives over there. You just have to climb a hill and some stairs and it's really tiring, but for us it was worthy.

As a bosphorus view enthusiast since time immemorial, I have found Hakime's house to offer one of the most original variety of the kind. The view at this old wooden Greek kiosk is so original and integrated that one cannot distinguish one of the globe's most iconic waterways from the bedroom furniture, providing the guest with an almost surreal experience. The house is certainly not luxurious but basics are well met. Easily accesible location-wise. Host is helpful and attentive.
