We recently stayed at John's place for the long week end and it was a great experience. John is amazing and the place was perfect for the kids and adults as well. Very good neighborhood. Lots of space for the kids to play on the snow . John took great care in making sure the place was all set for us . Overall a great experience and we really enjoyed it .

Our family came up for the weekend and had a wonderful time! The cabin was comfortable and the kids were able to sled right on the property!

John is very attentive & is quick to respond. He'll answer all questions you may have no matter how silly. We had a bit of trouble getting into the driveway because it snowed the weekend we went, but he had let us know we might need chains & where to find shovels. The home itself is very cozy, there was plenty of room for my family and I to sleep. All around great trip !

Really nice house, spacious, well equipped and in a nice neighborhood. A few blocks is the forest to do sledding in a really private way, we really enjoy the experience

The place is super cozy and space-efficient but doesn't feel cramped at all. It was tough to get into our driveway (make sure you have snow chains/tires) but everything else about the arrival/checkin process went smoothly. John is super available through the app / phone if you need anything. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, and the living room has a wide L couch with a flat screen TV. There's also a fireplace so you can make smores if you bring your own wood. There is one bathroom, but the shower didn't run out of hot water after many consecutive showers (the kitchen sink would get colder when this happened though). The slopes are about a 20 min drive away. Would stay here again - great for groups of friends trying to find lodging on a budget!

Loved staying at the cabin! We've stayed in Sugarloaf before and its a great neighborhood to stay in. We went snowboarding and the cabin is close enough to the slopes. Very cozy and cute on the inside. The house is on the top of a hill so fair warning trying to get to the house if you go in the winter. Would stay here again!

First time using Airbnb and visiting Big Bear. The cabin was very cozy, accessible, and located in such a beautiful part of Big Bear. The wifi works very well and the cabin was fully stocked. The heater took a while to settle in but overall my family and I had a great time. Thanks John!
