I retired from medicine in 2010 after 30+ years as a GP. My wife retired as a nurse about the same time. Since then we have enjoyed spending more time with friends and family, travelling, films, theatre and music concerts. We have both taken up golf in our retirement, with minimal success, and I have a season ticket for Bristol Rugby.
