The right wing has a double twin bedroom with ensuite bath, and a library/study room. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Down the right hall is a powder room and living room with instant "on demand" gas fireplace. The left wing begins with a wide hallway with two Queen ensuite bedrooms on either side. Laundry in the hall and leads to the master with private bath. The interior design is a palette of restful hues in colors, linens and upholstery blending well with tile and marble, new applicances and central air. A fantastic home right on the bike path with close proximity to Cisco beach, Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery, Miacomet Golf, and only 3 miles to town!

That NO PETS of any description shall be kept on the premises. If any pets are found on the premises, this will constitute a violation of the terms and conditions of this lease, and could result in an immediate eviction. If said eviction occurs, all deposits made herein will be forfeited. Any exception to this rule must be written out and signed by all parties in the lease.
That the TENANT shall not sublet the leased premises, nor any part thereof.
That all personal property of the TENANT brought onto the leased premises shall be at the sole risk of the TENANT.
Owner will not be responsible for any damages to any personal property on the premises. Should a substantial portion of the premises be damaged by fire or other unavoidable casualty, owner may elect to terminate this lease. When such fire, casualty or other taking renders the premises or any part thereof unfit for use and occupancy, a just and proportionate abatement of rent shall be made.
Tenant hereby acknowledges that the leased premises may be subject to a mortgage. In the event this Lease is terminated by reason of foreclosure of a mortgage or other lien against the leased premises, Tenant hereby holds Broker harmless from and against any loss or damage resulting there from.
The LANDLORD acknowledges that under Massachusetts Law, the described property may be deemed to contain lead paint, if constructed before 1978. The LANDLORD acknowledges that wherever a child or children under 6 years of age resides in any residential premises in which any paint, plaster or other accessible materials contain dangerous levels of lead as defined pursuant to M.G.L. c.111, s. 199B the landlord shall remove or cover said paint, plaster or other materials so as to make it inaccessible to other children. The agent named herein does not know whether the lead paint is present in said property. The landlord agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Windwalker Real Estate from any action taken by the tenant pursuant to an alleged violation of these regulations.
That the TENANT agrees to allow the LANDLORD or his agent, upon 24 hour notice to show the premises should the property be listed for sale; to inspect the premises; to make repairs and improvements to the premises, and to protect the premises if it appears that said premises have been abandoned by the TENANT.
