The space

Beautiful modern home near Cisco beach. The house has a spacious open plan, all on one level for great multigenerational vacationing and laid back beach living. Lovely landscaped yard with large lawns in front and rear, and light filled interior spaces. Cathedral ceilings, gourmet kitchen, and dining area. Sliding doors to rear deck opposite entry. The right wing has a double twin bedroom with ensuite bath, and a library/study room. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Down the right hall is a powder room and living room with instant "on demand" gas fireplace. The left wing begins with a wide hallway with two Queen ensuite bedrooms on either side. Laundry in the hall and leads to the master with private bath. The interior design is a palette of restful hues in colors, linens and upholstery blending well with tile and marble, new applicances and central air. A fantastic home right on the bike path with close proximity to Cisco beach, Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery, Miacomet Golf, and only 3 miles to town!

Availability and rates change frequently during the high demand periods. All dates and rates must be confirmed with Owner prior to booking. Please note that published rates are based on weekly minimums. When allowed a stay period shorter than one week rates may increase to accommodate turn over.

For your protection, after booking through Airbnb, you will be required to sign a lease with the homeowner and Windwalker William Raveis to finalize the booking process.

This property is non-smoking.

That NO PETS of any description shall be kept on the premises. If any pets are found on the premises, this will constitute a violation of the terms and conditions of this lease, and could result in an immediate eviction. If said eviction occurs, all deposits made herein will be forfeited. Any exception to this rule must be written out and signed by all parties in the lease.
That the TENANT shall not sublet the leased premises, nor any part thereof.
That all personal property of the TENANT brought onto the leased premises shall be at the sole risk of the TENANT.

Owner will not be responsible for any damages to any personal property on the premises. Should a substantial portion of the premises be damaged by fire or other unavoidable casualty, owner may elect to terminate this lease. When such fire, casualty or other taking renders the premises or any part thereof unfit for use and occupancy, a just and proportionate abatement of rent shall be made.

Tenant hereby acknowledges that the leased premises may be subject to a mortgage. In the event this Lease is terminated by reason of foreclosure of a mortgage or other lien against the leased premises, Tenant hereby holds Broker harmless from and against any loss or damage resulting there from.
The LANDLORD acknowledges that under Massachusetts Law, the described property may be deemed to contain lead paint, if constructed before 1978. The LANDLORD acknowledges that wherever a child or children under 6 years of age resides in any residential premises in which any paint, plaster or other accessible materials contain dangerous levels of lead as defined pursuant to M.G.L. c.111, s. 199B the landlord shall remove or cover said paint, plaster or other materials so as to make it inaccessible to other children. The agent named herein does not know whether the lead paint is present in said property. The landlord agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Windwalker Real Estate from any action taken by the tenant pursuant to an alleged violation of these regulations.

That the TENANT agrees to allow the LANDLORD or his agent, upon 24 hour notice to show the premises should the property be listed for sale; to inspect the premises; to make repairs and improvements to the premises, and to protect the premises if it appears that said premises have been abandoned by the TENANT.

I'm writing this review back in my office on a Monday morning and all I can think about is getting back to 4 Ahab for another amazing weekend on Nantucket. Melanie was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her communication is unparalleled and the home itself is stunning with all the amenities you could possibly want or need. The location is wonderful with a 10-15 minute walk to Cisco Brewery (a must do!) and a short cab or uber ride into town. My friends and I had the most amazing time this past weekend and I would recommend this home in a heart beat!!! XO Erika

Melanie was an excellent host of a lovely house. My family and I had a wonderful time, enjoying the spacious accommodations, convenient location, and overall hospitality of Nantucket. We're already thinking of returning.

We stayed at Melanie's Cisco Beach house Memorial Day Weekend 2017. The house is as advertised. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the brewery and beach and in a scenic part of the island. Convenient to get to town and Melanie was a great host. Recommend.
