Chipping Norton is a small market town in the Cotswolds, previously famous for its tweed mill and more recently the Parker Knoll furniture manufacture. It has a regular weekly market and a Farmers Market once a month. The Theatre is a bonus, playing drama, music, dance and film on a daily basis. Several good restaurants including bistro, Indian, Thai and Chinese are to be found in the town.
Nearest station is Kingham about four miles away to which there is a connecting bus service. Also buses to Oxford, Banbury, Witney and Stratford.
