Lovely house. Well organised and close to Seaford station. Also the keyholder, Pat is such a kind woman.

Great location by the sea and only a few minutes walk from the station! The kitchen is fully equipped and the croissants, milk and orange juice was a lovely touch. Thanks!

We were welcomed by Pat, Ann's neighbour who showed us round the flat and explained about the outr door. The flat was very comfortable. A double bedroom and a pull out bed in the lounge. I would say that it would be a little tight for two couples, or a family with older children, but for a couple, or for two people (me a my mum went) it was perfect. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of space for your own food. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. If you have mobility problems then please note that it is a luittle bit difficult to get into the bath to use the shower and there is no bath mat. It is definitely a home from home and we took advantage of the scrabble game that was in the flat. Its a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and from there you can get all along the coast. its £5 return to Brighton! Bargain! All in all, really easy to find, really easy to park, really easy to get to where you need to go along the East Sussex Coast. ps. Amazing food at the White Lion

The bathmat is there but was put into the linen basket! I note your comment on the bath. Thanks.

Ann's apartment was relatively easy to locate, and there was a dedicated parking space for my vehicle. Her neighbour Pat (also the keyholder) was friendly and helpful in showing us the apartment, and also patient in accommodating delays in my arrival. There was a sturdy foldable sofabed for a third guest. Ann's kitchen was also well-stocked (bread, milk, and orange juice was provided) for preparing simple meals. Overall, my parents and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Ann's place is homely, well furnished and nothing short of lovely. It's exactly what a home by the sea is, and the bright lights of Brighton's not to far either!

I was in education until retirement. I am now retired which I love. My must haves are music and books and good food. There are many art books as well,as all other sorts in my flat along with music for listening..
