The apartment is located in the 9th district (one of the inner districts) and 10 minutes by tram to the very city center.
You can enjoy a very beautiful piece of typical Viennese 'Gründerzeit'-architecture, built in 1880 and beautifully renovated 3 years ago.
There is an impressive hall that will make your entrance easy regardless of the number of your suitcases.
The apartment itself is bright thanks to its 3 sides of windows but the green courtyard can also be seen from the sleepingroom. Clean and cheerful all nature-stone bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. The kitchen is modern, equipped with fridge, microwave, dishes, glasses, etc...

As you can see from the details, I am flexible with the check-in and check-out times. I will set an appointment for your check-in and check-out up in front. Me or my very good friend, or the cleaning lady will meet you at the apartment, give you the keys and explain everything you have to know about the apartment and the area.
