I am sorry to read your review. If you'll read our other guests reviews, I hope you can see that we go above and beyond to make our guests stays memorable and enjoyable. I certainly do exist, but I am lucky to have a large team of hardworking colleagues who support me and my company.
We are reachable at all times, 24/7. When calling after hours, there is a number to hit to speak directly with me or one of my team members. We wish we would have had the chance to talk to you, but unfortunately we were never called. As soon as we heard from you, we sent a team member who confirmed that the concern with the wifi was that the password had not been entered correctly.
To Anna and all future guests, please know that it is our pleasure to have you as our guest and we assure you that we'll always go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Anna, I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Had we been aware of the disappointments, we surely would have worked to fix them.
