Sarah and Colin are charming and convivial hosts and their house is both lovely and wonderfully positioned for a trip to Winchester. In fact, it is probably the perfect place to stay at on any visit to this wonderful, historic city

I booked this room on behalf of my son who was starting at the university but had no where to stay. It looked very comfortable and convenient and I knew he would get a good breakfast. He says: Being in central Winchester makes it very convenient, only 3 minutes walk from the station. Sarah and Colin are genuinely interested and are helpful and generous. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated . The bathroom is immaculate and the bedroom is spacious and welcoming. A very clean house that I highly recommend especially because of the attentive hosts and their good food, some of it grown in their allotment . A very pleasant stay. Archie Crossley.

It was fun to have Archie with us now that our offspring are independent adults! Just like old times helping my boys and girl to settle into Uni. We look forward to seeing Archie throughout his 3 years at Uni here in Winchester!

Such lovely hosts, we were made very welcome, and immediately felt at home, with a nice cuppa on arrival. The room was well appointed and very comfortable, ideally situated just a few minutes walk from town. Getting us parked was also taken care of with the minimum of fuss, no mean feat in Winchester!
