Interaction with guests

You can always text me and I live upstairs so I am accessible, but I respect your privacy. You have a separate entrance and there is a door between our living spaces for added security and privacy. I've lived in Anchorage, Juneau and Fairbanks over 13 years and can offer advice on things to do, etc. Or just let you explore! Afterall, that's what travel is all about!

Other things to note

The apartment has a private entrance from the main living area where I reside on the top floor. There is a door that separates the two living quarters which will be locked for our security and privacy. Please note there is not a full kitchen in this unit.

Princess Guest House is perfect for a stay in Fairbanks. We stayed nearly a month, and loved every minute. Clean, quiet, private, and conveniently located for access to transportation, shopping, downtown area restaurants. Mindy is a perfect host - gracious and thoughtful.

Loved the quiet location while being close to so much, especially Creamers Field. Great for 2 people, but could accommodate a third on the comfortable futon. Mindy was very responsive to my questions before our arrival and also followed up to make sure we had everything we needed.

Host was amazing! We booked this place during a rough move from one house to the next. Walked into the Airbnb and instantly felt relaxed. She was so accommodating! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, which was great for our daughter who wakes up at the slightest sound of excitement. Definitely plan on booking future vacations here! 5/5

I love to travel and find quirky and unique places to live and meet travelers from around the world. My schedule can be busy with community events and through my graduate work at UAF. I love to be outside and in the SUN enjoying local brews and veggies, music and staying active. Originally from Iowa, I have lived in Alaska for over 12 years. Go Cyclones!
