My place is close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center and the Empire State Building. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood - it has numerous restaurants, bars, shops and any other shopping you may need in NYC. The place is a short walk to the subway that gives you access to all NYC has to offer including the Statue of Liberty, the Highline, museums and any other entertainment you're looking for.
The apartment is in an older building but is an amazing space! It is a great sized studio and can sleep up to four comfortably. There is a queen size bed and queen size futon (if there are 2 guests not able to share the queen size bed and need both the bed and the futon - there is an additional one time $25 charge). There is a bathroom, a TV with cable and wireless internet. There is full kitchen, refrigerator and coffee maker with filters and coffee ready to make every morning during your stay. There is a large table with chairs for eating and lounging.
We provide clean linens, pillows, towels, iron with ironing board, hangers in 2 large closets for all your clothes and personal items and a hair dryer. The apartment receives plenty of sunlight and has 3 great windows overlooking the courtyard area. The apartment is located in the popular neighborhood of Midtown East/Sutton Place.
This place is great for a couple or a group of 4. We hope to see you soon :)
Guests have access to the entire apt.
Interaction with guests
Myself or my sister are there to meet and greet guests and explain everything to them.
Other things to note
Please do not tell the neighbors or anyone you are there via Airbnb, you are just visiting friends. And do not open the door for anyone unless told to do so by me.
There is no smoking inside of the apartment but feel free to go outside and smoke. Please turn off the air conditioner when leaving the apartment to go sightseeing for the day. Please wash your dishes when finished using them. Please leave the apartment in the same shape you found it.
