Tastefully remodeled studio in a pre-war brick building on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Harvard-Belmont area of Capitol Hill. Very quiet building (please consider this when deciding if my space is right for you). Great location just a short walk to some of the best bars, coffee houses, and restaurants in the city, and convenient to public transit. Just 5 minutes to Volunteer Park. An easy walk to downtown and SLU.
Interaction with guests
I'm happy to help with issues that arise, or offer recommendations for what to do around the city. Generally available via phone or text, and will advise guests in advance if I am going to be off the grid (camping, etc.).
Other things to note
There is a bus that stops outside the building on weekdays (it does not run on weekends). Be advised it can be loud if you have the windows open.
- This is an apartment in a quiet, owner-occupied building. Please respect my neighbors and limit noise between 10pm and 8am.
Howdy! I'm a young professional working in the sustainability field. I like sailing, trying out new food & drink, hiking/snowshoeing (depending on the season), and just plain wandering around the city. My interests are all over the place: sustainability, art, real estate, architecture, investing, Taylor Swift...
I was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and yes: I love the rain. I'm an ENTJ on the Myers-Briggs scale.
