This recent 1940´s renovated flat includes one bedroom, one bathroom and one small kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave and sink. Its situated on the second floor with no elevator. It is located 5 minutes from the metro station ANJOS. Its a quiet residencial neighbourhood planned in the 1940´s and close to one of the biggest avenues in Lisbon. Avenida Almirante Reis.
This flat will give you the experience of an almost untouched flat designed in the 1940´s. I recently renovated it and kept all the original features such as doors, ceilings and other small details. Its also very interesting because its very close to the metro ANJOS allowing you to go everywhere in town with some ease. You will be able to check with your own eyes.
This flat has one living room, one room, one bathroom and one small kitchen with all the basics: fridge, stove, microwave, sink.
Interaction with guests
I normally check in and out all my guests and will be available for any sort of questions, such as restaurants and issues regarding the flat. I live literally around the corner.
- Hello. This is a residencial building so i guess common sense places to all the rules. So there is no need to slam the entrance door and the doors of the apartment. Because its an old building this type of noise can be and inconvenient for the other neighbours. Once you have the key I suggest that you take good care of it. The reason i mention this is because they are expensive to duplicate. Regarding the usage of the appliances the idea is to save water, electricity and gas. The hot water is supplied by a gas heater. Enjoy!

My name is Lourenco Egreja. I was born and brought up in Lisbon and studied in the USA. I hold a Masters degree in History of Art at City College, New York City, USA, (2000-2002) and have been an indepedente Curator for Contemporary Art since 2002. Currently I am the Senior Curator at Carpe Diem Arte e Pesquisa, a non profit cultural center situated in an XVIII century palace in Bairro Alto, Lisbon.
Parallel to this I like outdoor activities and immersing myself in nature.
My Ideal guest is someone that can be able to mix leisure time, some curiosity and some understanding about such a complex historical city. Buildings have been here for centuries, so in a certain way its a living history process.
So if you have any question go ahead!
Hope to see you soon,
