Would be delighted to welcome you to my cosy wee flat. Edinburgh is fun at all times of year and my place is super centrally located so perfect if you are up for the weekend, here for a wedding or doing a bit of business.
Not only is my flat on Rose Street (which is Edinburgh's Pub Mile) but it's sandwiched between Princes St & George St which provide all the best bars, shops and you can get a bus to anywhere in the city within a 3 minute radius.
I live in an old Edinburgh building so unfortunately no lift and the flat is on the second floor.
Major attractions like the Castle, the museums and the Parliament can all be strolled to in just over 5 mins.
There's so many great parks close by including Princes St Gardens, St Andrews Square and Calton Hill.
Let me know what your plans are whilst you're here and I'm happy to help out with recommendations!
I really recommend checking out some discount sites as they're a great option for great value on things to do including itison and 5pm.
A favourite spot of mine is Harvey Nichols as it's great for a coffee, with a fantastic balcony view (for those few days a summer a year) over the city of Edinburgh.
Another favourite shopping spot is Primark for those items you may have forgotten, located across from my flat, so you can roll in and out in less than 4 seconds!
I could write endlessly about Edinburgh but come and see for yourself!
The entire flat including wine glasses ;)
Interaction with guests
Leave it up to you. Although I work close by, I work crazy hours. Always happy to help and arrange suitable time for check-in as well as recommending places to visit, eat or drink.
As this is my home, and for me it's perfect, I ask you to respect it by no parties, no smoking and no pets. Sometimes there will be food in fridge and cupboards which I have no problem with you using as long as you replace it, which shouldn't be a problem as there are plenty of supermarkets close by. Please be conservative with the heating as it is very expensive!
