Excellent excellent excellent stay and host. Everything was as described, both check in and check out were flexible, and Cormac met with us the first day and explained how to get around along with some suggested restaurants/pubs. Public transportation was extremely easy to navigate thanks to Cormac. The flat was clean and easy to find. Would highly recommend!

First and foremost, Cormac was amazing. I asked him a bunch of questions leading up to the trip and he always answered them quickly and with a positive attitude. We got to meet him at the place and he gave us a review and left all of his contact info. There was a book with suggestions on what to do including a "host" suggestion page which was more personalized. My wife and I took his advice and did the cliff walk between Bray and Greystones and it turned out to be one of my absolute favorite moments of the trip. I wouldn't have known about it if not for him. The place is great. The location is not far away from city center. A quick walk or taxi will do you fine. There were 6 of us, 2 couples and 2 single guys. The bedrooms are private with attached bathrooms. The couch pulls out to give you a fourth bed though obviously that person is always the last one to go to sleep. The place seems freshly renovated because it is incredibly clean and nice. Immediately around is a coffee shop (directly beneath - they close early, not noisy) and a 24 hour convenience store a few doors down. A couple nice pubs and restaurants very close by as well. You really can't beat it. There is a half fridge and everything else you need to get through a week. We were told the front can be a little noisy because of the street but we had no issues there. Overall, a great experience. Would 100% stay there again.

We very much enjoyed staying in Cormac's flat for the past week. The three bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and high-speed internet offered all of the comforts of a 4 star hotel but without the hassles and boredom of a faceless business hotel, and have the added benefit of a kitchen/living room if you feel like taking a break from the many great restaurants in Dublin. The fantastic hipster cafe "2 brothers brew" which is just downstairs offers great coffee, breakfast and lunch in a relaxed atmosphere so it quickly became our regular morning hangout. and if you need a quick haircut G.O.D. (Gents of Dublin) Barbershop is right across the street, with no appointment necessary a wonderful place to get a great quick haircut / shave in a relaxed atmosphere. All in all a very convenient location perfect for our week in Dublin, we definitely hope to stay here again!

Great apartment that was perfect for three couples wanting privacy and a place to congregate as a group. The unit was very clean and up to date. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Coffee shop downstairs helpful and nice. Easy to get around either by walking or taxis. We did not try public transportation, but the buses went by all the time. Appreciated the level of security at the location -- we felt safe leaving our belongings all day with no worry that someone might try to steal from us. Washing machine worked well, but no dryer -- we used the hanging rack provided and that was adequate for us. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend.

This apartment was exactly as advertised and more. It felt like a boutique hotel; comfy beds and linen. Cormac was very quick to answer all of of questions. The front bedroom can be a bit noisy but didn't distract us from our stay. Close to everything you need...groceries, 20 minute walk to town and especially enjoyed Two Boys Brew that was located right under the apartment. If I am every back in Dublin, I would definitely stay there again... Thanks Cormac

From County Wicklow (just south of Dublin) originally, I have been living in the city for the past 8 years. I love to travel and do so frequently - mostly using Airbnb as I find I get a better sense of a city and how it lives when I do.
