Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live them "as a good father" and to maintain them.
All installations are in working order and any claim concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises can not be admitted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during leasing, will be borne by the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the taker or his family.
The apartment is clean. On the day of departure, it is the tenant's responsibility to leave no waste or trash, to put the towels and sheets in the laundry tub, to ensure that the apartment is kept clean.
The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, blankets and pillows, towels, as they are in the descriptive state on the website.
The owner or his representative shall be entitled to claim from the lessee the total value at the replacement price of broken, cracked, broken or damaged objects and equipment and those whose wear and tear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental.
