It was an OK-ish experience there. The bunk bed was just bad. Every movement would make the bed creak. There's also no proper space to put your clothes to if you want to shower, the shower room's door is kind of transparent, like frosted glass so people can see you taking a shower. But for the price, definitely worth it.

The house is nice for backpacker. Although it is small, it has all the facilities needed. The toilet and shower room are clean. Overall good living experience.

The place was very well located and we had a very nice stay. One thing to consider is that the walls are very thin, so you can here the neighbors and when people are going to the toilets. Since my wife and I use earplugs to sleep, this was not a big issue. The staff is also very friendly, and thoughtful towards guests.

Was moved last minute to another location, was a nightmare to find without wifi or 3g. Upon reaching the place, there was nobody to receive us, leading us to believe we had gone to the wrong location. It resembles a hostel, with private room and shared bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area.

We send the guest the guide and the code for the building. But she did not read and use the code to enter the building. That is why she thought there is nobody. We moved the guest to a more expensive place , because we have a group of guests ( kids) who are way too loud and dirty. For the other guests' better sleep, we pay and move the guests. We also explain to the guests already. Anyway, sorry that you did not enjoy our better arrangement.

Horrible experience First the house itself. It is advertised almost as if you get a small place to yourself. However you occupy 1 tiny room out of around 10 rooms in the house. Staff also occupy one of the rooms. This house is run by a company rather than one host (it's a chain). Noise: Walls are super thin. They give a 11PM quiet time but staff and other guests did not follow this rule. Smell: There's and odd wet dog smell that goes around the house. The slippers they offer you are not sanitized and you can see the grime on each one. The fridge also had a bad smell to it most likely because the host did not include an odor repellent while the fridge was not in use. Sanitary issues: Most of the time it was fine but other guests of the house might be dirty. There was blood on the toilet seat which was not cleaned (I ended up cleaning it myself). Bathrooms are communal so each floor has one toilet. The sink is built into the back of the toilet and only works if you flush the toiler. This was uncomfortable. ***Host actually kicked us out midstay at 11:45PM. She stated that a large family had previously booked the whole house and that we were to be relocated. This meant that the host KNEW she had double booked the house but decided that we would be okay with it and did NOT TELL US. I asked for some sort of compensation and she told us the next time you book with us you can get a next day for free (I will not use this company ever again). We couldn't stay so they decided to drive us the day after at 10:30-11AM. They offered to bring our stuff there for us if we were to leave earlier but I was not going to leave my things unattended. This pushed back our schedule. To make matters WORSE, the host made one of the staff members drive and this staff member HAD NEVER DRIVEN THE CAR BEFORE. She did not know how to start the car, drove with the handbrake, hard brakes causing the seatbelt to tighten, inability to merge lanes or make turns. There were a couple times the staff almost HIT ANOTHER CAR and the host would laugh it off saying that "you were close" and that they should "practice more sometime". This was appalling and unacceptable. Because of the staff's inability to drive we were pushed back on schedule. You should not put strangers' lives in danger. Never staying here again and STRONGLY RECOMMEND FUTURE TRAVELERS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE

Wasn't expecting my (URL HIDDEN) be equipped with a fridge and kitchen top, it came in handy. This place is perfect for a couple and the location is perfect for travel into the city. The environment is quiet and calm at night to help you wind down from the busy streets of Tokyo. The area has everything you need, beer bar, grocery store, train station and food spots all within 5 minutes of walking. The closest station is Machiya ( 5 minutes from the room)

Amazing place to stay in tokyo.. Very close to a good station and nice staff. The dinning table is a little small. But the neighborhood is soo cool, nice restaurants and places!! We went to a bar so nice with Amazing people just 5 minutes walk! (URL HIDDEN)
