In accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Finance and Tourism and the new tax law that has been introduced to the daily and weekly rented houses, we have to evaluate our house within the monthly and seasonal renting status. We can correspond with our guests considering the conditions by email.

We have a cozy and modern private rooftop Studio with small kitchen, terrace and shower / toilet.
We are a retired couple, accountant and musician, who speak native Turkish & Dutch, and reasonable English and German.
On the terrace you can spend the day soaking up the sun or under the umbrella, If you wish. You have a beautiful view of the hills covered with pine trees. According to research, this area is one of the most oxygen-rich areas in Turkey.
the winters are quite mild but on cold days we have a central heating system threrefore you can also enjoy your holidays in this period.

The Turkish cuisine is known for its quality and versatility. On the promenade are a number of restaurants where you can eat.
For swimmers or walkers on the promenade it is only about 5 minutes walk from our house. There are also many cafes where you can drink.
If you want to make a boat trip to one of the islands, booking is simple and reasonable in price. If you need help, we can arrange it.
Large supermarket in the village. In summer a night Bazzar. There is a Gym available in the village.
If you want to be really spoiled at home with traditional Turkish cuisine, then my wife can make a delicious meal for you, reasonably priced.

CLIMATE
Cesmealti has a mild spring. March-April average 20-24 degrees. From May the temperature rises about 2 degrees per week.
June-August is always above 30 degrees. September 27-32 degrees. October mild.

GEOGRAPHY
Cesmealti is centrally located between Izmir and Cesme (cheshme). From our house it is a 30 min drive to both Izmir and Cesme.
By motorway (toll) goes even faster.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
IZMIR
Izmir has about 4 million inhabitants and is easily reached by bus or minibus (dolmus), or car.
In Izmir allows unlimited shopping in the numerous shops but you can also take a look at a number of historic buildings.

CESME
The same applies to Çeşme, a car has advantages because there is much to see in the area covered. Cesme has a bay with beautiful white beaches.
It is one of the more luxurious places in Turkey where many celebrities stay. Alacati is located 6 km from Cesme, a historic village (Greek influence) with cozy streets and on Saturday the big market with many stalls (both food and clothing). Alacati is also one of the most popular surf spots in the world.

EPHESUS
You can make a day trip to one of the oldest historical sites in Turkey (About 3000 years ago) Ephesus. Nearby the home of the Virgin Mary after Christ. Also not far away are the beautiful vineyards of Sirince. This ancient village is beautifully situated in the hills and is definitely worth a visit.

OUR EASY REACH
The easiest way is by plane if you come from abroad. At the airport you can rent a car or we can pick you up if you find yourself more comfortable.
From the airport is about 45 minutes drive to our house. Be careful where you should turn, therefore we recommend to you to be picked up by us and if necessary later rent a car
