We had a wonderful night at Ian's house. It's a nice to place to stay. The location is near the Penguin Parade. We could see a small lake and the cows in a distance from the window. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay at. Thank you very much.

Nice and quiet, for couples or family. 2 single beds and a double. Fairly basic but comfortable. Right next to the race track.

A little secluded gem, close to main attractions. Great for a family escape.

We loved the quaint converted Chicory Distillery in a very quiet and peaceful location. Our stay on the Island coincided with a lot of things so it was a very busy time and being able to escape the crowds and noise was fantastic. Randall, who lives in the house on the property, was a godsend, which made up for the fact that the host was negligent with ensuring the property was cleaned and ready for us upon arrival and then not responding to our phone calls. Access to hot water was a bit sporadic which was annoying. Other than a few problems, our stay at Acacia Rise Villa was great.

We liked the quite location and the overall feel of the place and the permanent next door resident Randall and his young family are chilled out and friendly. However our experience was somewhat spoiled by the lack of communication by the host and the fact the place is a little tired and could do with some overall maintenance. The real issue being the hot water service not working, which was a real nuisance for my wife and two young girls. As per the previous guest's comments the host appeared to be aware of this but still let the place out without letting us know and it took several phone calls to the host before he responded. A repairman only arrived on our last afternoon we were there but the repairs made still did not fix the problem. (Thanks to Randall for allowing my wife to use your bathroom!).

Fantastic location, no neighbours for miles! We really liked the cosy 2-story cottage near everything and very quiet - right near Grand Prix and Penguins
