Kennel Farm SELF CATERING Cottages
Brand new for Summer 2017, "The Hay Store" is a newly converted 'barn snug' self catering unit ideally suited for two people. With beams and an exposed brick wall it offers cosy accommodation, close to Salisbury. One kingsize bedroom which can be split to two twins. Tastefully decorated with small kitchen,
open plan living area and shower room.

The space

The recently converted barn, was once a block of cow stalls/stables. Now converted we hope to offer snug and stylish accommodation with great access to Salisbury and the local attractions. The farm itself has a small flock of Wiltshire Horn sheep which are extensively grazed on the fields. We also have chickens and 3 pet pigs. There is another self catering cottage on site.

Guest access

Guests are welcome to walk on the farmland, hilly in places we have exclusive views of Salisbury Cathedral.

Interaction with guests

We live on site.

Other things to note

Summer 2017- Currently still undergoing some renovation to another barn, (though this is restricted to week days 8-5 only.)

A perfect little getaway home. We were taking our daughter to Peppa Pig World and needed an overnight stay somewhere nearby. By 1pm our little lady was exhausted so I rang Rebecca to see if we could arrive early and she quickly put her travel cot up so we could put Sophia straight down for a nap. It was only 20 mins away so easy to pop back for a few more rides afterwards. The refurb on the barns is stunning. Gorgeous little place with everything you could need, even a basket of toys foe the little one. Highly recommend staying here and also the Yew Tree pub 10 mins away. Food was really good.

Charming. We loved the rural setting. Warm, cozy, relaxing. Beautifully constructed and appointed. Immaculate. Very convenient to Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, and many other highlights of the area. We would return. Rebecca was a delightful host.

Our 3 night stay was great, perfect base for me and my partner to explore Dorset, easy access to monkey world , Weymouth and of course Stonehenge. Salisbury was only a 5 minute drive and the range of pubs and eateries was huge , check out the beer garden at the New inn, it is lovely. Would not hesitate to stay at the farm again it was spotless and Rebecca was really friendly, you can tell she works hard to keep the place looking nice for her guests , thanks for a pleasant stay .

I enjoyed my stay at Rebecca's place and I would recommend it, but it was a little tight on space & there were a few basics missing, e.g. toiletries, good WIFI connection.
