Let me allow some comments not only related to the public evaluation but also the general evaluation.
You received the apartment at broad daylight (1:10 pm). If the apartment would not have been clean, why didn´t you mention anything as soon as you received it?.
In case the apartment appeared not to comply with what’s been established, why didn’t you cancel the reservation?. Where are your proofs? Please show me your evidences, otherwise it’s just talks.
In the pictures you sent, you can see the water level which is actually not more than 3mm; in case it really did overflow, why didn’t you send a picture to proof that? Certainly, the water only entered due to an open window which you probably left open.
The security cameras show that you left the building and came back at 10:20 p.m. and then show that at 10:32 p.m., the assigned staff to help was going into the apartment; the flood wasn’t critical at all, so simply the issue was solved with a mop. Why didn’t you report what happened before complaining as established by airbnb's policies?
In any case, I have a National Registry of Tourism, which is the legal document that certifies that the apartment meets the minimum conditions to be rented; why did you remain silent when I asked you whether you took the tourist police to verify the conditions of the apartment?. It’s incredible! You are so shameless, how can you say that the ad photos are not real. You are a dishonest person, your evaluation is false! and you are Colombian, so you know that saying things that are not true is a transgression to the law. I have proof of everything I mention.
What was your intention?... A free stay?
Of course there are more places in Cartagena to be, and cheaper, including the hole from where you got in before, and from which you begged me to let you check in earlier because the place is located at a dangerous zone and you had to leave as soon as possible.
