Yoshimi was really nice and offered to pick us up at the Moriya train station - even come twice because we had much luggage. The house is great, well equipped and clean, 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom, kitchen, living room, also has laundry machine, balcony... Near house there are few shopping malls with supermarkets that are easily accessible by foot, but there were also 2 bicycles for us to use that were really helpful while going into supermarket for food. Yoshimi also arranged transportation for us when we needed to go somewhere because we couldn't take rent a car because Japanese law only recognises International drivings licence from few European countries. She also took us to lunch at a local restaurant and showed us around Moriya so we got an opportunity to explore local places that we wouldn't be able to find on our own. This was really a pleasant stay and Yoshimi's hospitality definitely made it one to remember. Thank you!

That was our first Airbnb experience and it was better than we expected! Moriya ist a nice place and the house is cozy and homelike. It is quiet, so we could relax. We loved to sit in the living room at the Japanese style table. Upstairs are three Bedrooms, two with beds and one in Japanese style. We choosed the last one ;-) Nearby is a 7/11 and a great vegetables market. Cheap and very good and fresh. A kind of insider tip. Not far away are big shoppingcenter with „100 Yen Shops“. And there is a fantastic second hand store. A lot of ramen restaurants around. Yoshimi gave us two bicycles but we could reach everything by walk. A 30 minute walk away is the big Asahi brew factory. We visited it and it was an interesting tour. Yoshimi helped us so much and made our first week in japan a wonderful experience. Thank you very much, Yoshimi!

if you are looking for luxury then this is not the property for you. it is an older style Japanese home and therefore very basic. it has a great shower, and the use of 2 bicycles which were exteremely useful to us. We have visited Japan many times and know that the winters can be cold, and the houses do not have central heating as in the UK, but this house was VERY cold. We were here to visit family so did not spend a lot of time in property therefore it was adequate for our needs.

I came to Moriya for business and was recommended to stay in this home by a coworker who stayed previously. This was my first time using AIRBNB and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Yoshimi was very helpful and friendly. If you only speak English she is a good choice. While staying I was able to take a short train ride and bus ride to Tsukubasan shrine and hike at Tsukuba-yama. If you are interested in seeing Tokyo but would like a quiet place to sleep, her place is only 30 minutes train ride. If I come back for work or play I will definitely stay here again. Thank you again Yoshimi!!
