A very well located, clean place with everything that you need! Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance and yet very quiet at night when you want to sleep. You can walk to the CBD in a matter of minutes. Julie the host is friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Nice tidy house with well equipped common area and nice common bathroom. Bedroom only had one small Skylight but was tidy.

Amazing location to the city centre, as well as a clean and comfortable little home to stay in. Julie's instructions were clear to the point and I'd definately stay here again in the future.

At first , detailed information was given to us including the way to get there, check-in and wifi service. The owner also offered couple bottles of drinking water. That's really considerate. Breakfast was included. Handy location. Air conditioning installed in the room. Nice and clean bathroom. All in all, was a good choice.

All good. Although there is only a skylight in that room, but the kitchen is full of foods, bathrooms are very clean. Highly recommended.

Julie was amazing with her prompt communication prior to our she arranged for a driver to pick us up from the cruise ship - Alex, who was very nice and showed us around as well! Full marks there :-) There were many great aspects to the property and the central location. The house is clean and tastefully renovated. May be an idea to specify when travelling as two 'friends' that twin beds are required and not one queen bed in a smallish room as we discovered, still, we made do!We enjoyed the living space ambience with some special added touches with flowers on the outside table, chocolate biscuits, fresh fruit etc. provided. As an observation, we might suggest 100% cotton sheets with a layer option for different night time temperatures, a mirror in the bedroom, and a prior explanation that the shower water goes all over the floor and what to do about that, rather than finding that happen and having a sodden bathmat and clothes to deal with! It would have been good to have watchable TV reception in the living area although we appreciated pre recorded movies/documentaries.

A really pleasant space in a convenient location. This was a flying visit for me, so I didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of the shared kitchen/dining/patio space, which looked attractive, but I will plan to come back next time I'm passing through Sydney. Thanks for a great stay.
