The MacGregor House
For the past 20 years, Jim & Peggy Minor have been lovingly restoring this beautiful 2-story home built in 1925 during the John Ringling era. This home is a rare find, nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It retains many of its original features.
Here you are located close to everything Sarasota has to offer: nightlife, restaurants, parks, beaches, museums, and the airport.
It is our joy to provide you with a wonderful experience!

Jim and Peggy have been married for 40 years and have 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren. They have spent the last 32 years in Sarasota building a local not-for-profit that has expanded into a large social service network serving the greater Sarasota area. They are now looking forward to a new stage in their life where they can host people in the home they have restored in their beloved Sarasota. The home is named after Peggy's middle name of MacGregor, reflective of her heritage and of the Scottish founders of Sarasota.
