It’s a 50m² spacious flat, with two separated bedrooms, in the heart of the most animated zone of Marseille : “Le Vieux Port”, the old harbour, is two blocks away.
Design, equipment, bedding, linen and bathroom towels ... all is comfort and quality focused.
Beware: it’s a 3rd floor (4th American way) NO lift.
The spacious living room lounge kitchen is quite bright as the two full length French windows open on the street side balcony.
The two separated bed rooms have true quality beds.
Master bedroom, courtyard sided, is particularly quiet, with a queen size bed 160x200.
The second bedroom has twin beds which can make a double bed if put together. There is also a baby bed.
Nice and spacious bathroom with shower. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
Quality linen, towel 70x140, bathrobe. Separated closet.
The kitchen is particularly well equipped : quality dishes and kitchenware, dish washer, induction hob 4 rings, oven, micro wave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, capsule coffee machine, baby chair.
Vieux Port and Canebière down town district is very lively, therefore very easily reachable.
“Quai de Belges” with its subway station” Vieux Port”, all bus stops, ferry boat, Marseille little train, city tour and so on is a one minute walking distance.
Building main door can be opened either with the key or the intercom.
Interaction with guests
As a native, I quite well know my city, the area and its restaurants, working there for over two decades. I should always be present to welcome you.. I can give you tips about the bay, the close Clanques, and other infos about the cultural life and night life.
Other things to note
Lounge and second bedroom are street side oriented. The tiny one way Lulli street has mostly no car traffic and looks like pedestrian. Sometimes restaurant Le Mas with its street patio remains open late, but nights are mostly quiet.
