• Daily Resort Fee: $72 + 14% tax ($82.08/night total).
• Valet Parking: $70.0+ tax/night (paid to the hotel)
• Incidental Hold: $200/day (credit card authorization)
• Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included but is available upon request for an extra fee.
• Stays of 7+ Nights: A mandatory mid-stay turnover cleaning ($150) is required for every 7+ day reservation to maintain the residence in top condition. This must be coordinated and scheduled directly with us halfway through your stay.
Note as of 9/14/26: For future potential guests, please be aware that the HOA will be completing a balcony renovation project in the entire building from October 5 to November 24th. This applies to all units in the building, not just ours. During this time, the balcony will be locked by the association.
