Lots of windows look out over rolling countryside. We have a wide terrace, wood-burning pizza oven and plenty of olive trees. We are an hour from Ancona airport (Ryan Air) and 3 hours from Rome or Bologna. Being a modern house it is suffused with lots of light.
All rooms have great views. The main living area is interconnected with a kitchen, TV and reading room leading out on to the terrace. Each bedroom has a dual aspect.
Apart from the attic and a cupboard on the ground floor the house is all open to you to use
Interaction with guests
We are always happy to take a call if you need help or advice
Other things to note
At moment the walls are all plasted but not painted. You can see this in some of the photographs. The stairs are still to be covered in timber but are currently sealed concrete.
We want you to enjoy the space as we do

I am a journalist and consultant working with restaurants, married to a film producer and we have two teenage children. I love Italy and Le Marche particularly. The world has stopped just a bit and people have more time. We designed our house with our award-winning architect Joyce Owens who has done the most amazing job. Everyone says the views are just spectacular and the space airy and yet also friendly.
