Traveling with a 2 year old, especially one that gets overstimulated quickly, is a task and certainly not a vacation.
We packed most meals to eat at the house with a couple exceptions. The kitchen had everything we needed, but the bbq's weren't functional. We certainly got by. Plenty of coffee pots, French presses, and espresso makers.
We were able to find solace in 3H Homes place. It was a quick walk to the beach, which we found most enjoyable in the mornings before the wind picked up.
The bed lower to the floor was perfect for the toddler, while mom and dad shared the other bedroom. The lower bed was more comfortable so I, dad, ditched the wife for the more cozy bed.
We enjoyed the open dining room that was simple as well as the large living area. Great for games, books, and spinning in circles.
We ate at Kyllos for one dinner, it was a recommendation for seafood. It was great and so was the service. We also dined at the Otis cafe, which although unassuming was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the German potatoes, not over done, and the molasses bread, particularly delicious.
All in all we would stay again in the future.
