The host was really warm and kind, although the place had some major parking and water issues. The place was at a good location with great views. Breakfast was below expectations

Response from Dunichand:
I am disappointed that Ratika has made these comments as it seems that she had not read the property description carefully. All of the issues she mentioned were noted in the property listing, and House Manual. Perhaps hotel accommodation would be more suitable for her. 1. There is no allocated parking for my place, access is by a local path, 100 metres up hill from the road. Parking was available on the road at all times 2. There was a water disruption at one time during this guest's stay. It affected the whole area, as can sometimes happen at this time of year during high season when there are many tourists, and this possibility is mentioned in the listing information. During this time I managed to supply water that I obtained from other sources. 3. The guest at no time expressed dissatisfaction with the breakfast quality, and I am not aware of any issues. Breakfast was supplied as described. They did ask for breakfast at 5 am, outside the agreed times of 8am to 10 am, and I was not able to accommodate this request.

This place has excellent mountain views. The last 50 meters approach way for the guest house is very bad. Unfortunately during our stay geyser was not working. Dunichand was very helpful.

Response from Dunichand:
Namaste ji, I am sorry that the geyser was not working, I have been trying every day to get a plumber to fix but they are unreliable. Many of the roads around Manali, not just near my house, are not in good repair, unfortunately this is outside my control. The path up to the house is a local trail, maintained by the panchayat, this is mentioned in my Airbnb description. It is a typical path, used by local people Regards Dunichand
