The spacious, luxuriously appointed 12th floor apartment boasts spectacular ocean views with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a secure car park. At 173m², the terrace is larger than most apartments alone! The unit has in suite laundry, full kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi with north, east and west facing views. Located directly opposite Maroochydore Beach, this resort offers a 25 metre podium pool, steam room, rooftop BBQ and spa pool. Many restaurants, cafes and specialty shops right at your doorstep.

The space

The spacious penthouse-style 12th floor apartment boasts spectacular ocean views with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a massive terrace balcony. At 173m2, the deck on this property is larger than most apartments alone. North facing, east facing and west facing and including views towards Buderim and also take in the amazing scenery to the north down the Coast past Cotton Tree.

An open plan, which enjoys elevated views, with plenty of natural lighting, with well appointed kitchen equipped with stone bench tops and quality European appliances. Each bedroom offers great size with the master bedroom boasting a well appointed ensuite complete with double vanity and a deep soothing spa bath.

A very useful courtyard is available to store surf craft but also allows for beautiful cross ventilation while leaving your front door open and yet still maintaining privacy.

Truthfully, this is not your standard two bedroom apartment. The balcony which connects direct to your living areas and bedrooms is one of the biggest in the local area. Access to the balcony is direct walk-out, unlike the penthouse units which have a spiral staircase to access their outdoor areas.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the latest European appliances - large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. It contains all everyday items including wine glasses, champagne flutes and a coffee plunger. The furnished balcony showcases a stunning ocean view of Maroochydore Beach and Old Woman Island with views of Mt Coolum to the North and Hinterlands to the West.

Other creature comforts include: individually controlled ducted air conditioning, 3 televisions - located in the lounge room, and bedrooms, CD player & DVD, laundry (with dryer), iron & ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clock/radio and digital safe. This unit comes with complimentary high speed wireless internet (not all of the units in this complex have internet).

Sleeping Configuration: The apartment sleeps 4 with the bedding configuration being 1 queen with ensuite and 2 singles. Bedding and Linen will be provided for 4 people including pillows plus some extra blankets.

The Sebel Maroochydore, rising 15 stories, is set in a commanding location opposite the stunning Maroochydore beach. It's the ultimate beach lovers dream destination. The stunning new resort hotel relives the best memories of the family beach house, with modern style and sophistication. This property is just 8km from the Sunshine Coast Airport and a 90 minute drive North of Brisbane Airport.

Nightly Minimum and Bond Terms
All bookings are to made in 4 night blocks.

As we manage our apartment ourselves we also require a $250 fully refundable bond which will be refunded to your nominated account with 7 days of your departure. For bookings of at least 7 days, a mid-stay clean is included at no additional cost.

The four surfing beaches at Coolum, Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba combine to produce a fantastic holiday destination for families with children of all ages as well as young people looking for adventure. From boutique dining and fast paced shopping outings to relaxing lazes on white, sandy beaches, this area will have you captivated. If you're after a day of fun and adventure, there are many attractions that will keep you and the kids enthralled. For something a little different take a leisurely drive into the Blackall Range and visit the quaint village of Montville, Flaxton and Mapleton. Here you'll enjoy strolling through the art and craft filled streets and enjoy true hinterland hospitality. On Saturday morning drive up to Eumundi and potter around the fresh fruit and vegetable and wonderful craft stalls of this famous market. Hand feed the deer at Forest Glen Sanctuary, taste Australia's largest range of honey at the Super Bee, visit Australia Zoo, Underwater World or spend a day at Aussie World and the famous Etamogah Pub. If it's nature you're more interested in, there are plenty of bushwalks in the Blackall Ranges or visit Fairhill Native Plants and Botanical Gardens.

Located directly across from the Maroochydore beach, a gorgeous walk away from Alexandra Headland and then Mooloolaba beach and only a few minutes from the Maroochydore Surf club, Cotton Tree Esplanade, many restaurants, cafes and speciality shops. Sunshine Plaza and all its 200 specialty stores is also a short drive away.

The place looks exactly like what was shown on the photos. It's walking distance less than 10 minutes to two main patrolled beaches. The large balcony is amazing - giving you 180 degrees of panoramic views of the mountains and ocean. All bedrooms, dining room and living have great views and access to this balcony! Swimming pool is great and long enough to do laps. Sebel staff at reception, cleaners and even the maintenance staff we happened to bump into are all very friendly. Def will come back again one day and recommend this place to my friends and family.

Our Stay in Mikes apartment was great, it was very comfortable, spacious and the balcony provided views along the coast line and around to the hinterland that gave a great sunset views. The location was central with easy access to Cotton Tree and Mooloolaba via walking tracks or the bus at the front door and Alexandra Heads was a great beach for kids that is only a 5 minutes walk and has a great shaded playground. We would recommend Mikes place and would certainly stay again.

Michael's Apartment was very nicely presented with a huge outdoor living area that gets all day sun. Would be great for a family and very private with wonderful views. The location is very central and can walk to restaurants beach and the mall. I think it is extremely well priced and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Was a pleasure to be able to stay at such a nice apartment.

Great apartment in a great location. Beautiful view over ocean from enormous balcony. Loved the main pool, toddler pool & 2 spas with BBQ facilities on roof. Hotel staff very accommodating & parking very convenient.

Beautiful apartment with incredible views of beaches and hinterland. Central to everything. Beaches 5 minute walk, great Cafe and Thai, Pizza, Burgers, McDonalds downstairs. More Restaurants a short drive away. Sunshine Plaza 5 minutes drive. Loved our stay and would be certainly stay again & again!!!!
