The space

Beautiful early 1900s house. 1300 sq feet of wood floors. Plenty of intricate woodwork & built-ins. The bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were renovated in April 2016.

It is a triplex of which you will have access to the second floor unit.

Guest access

You have full access to the kitchen, bathroom, living & dining rooms. I hope that you feel like this is your home away from home. Make full use of the kitchen, appliances, laundry in basement. Feel free to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. on the HDTV.

Interaction with guests

I am here most days of the week between 11 AM and 3 PM prepping the house. If I am not there when you arrive I will give you a code to get them out of a key lock. I am very happy to offer suggestions for things to do, restaurants, bars, parks, shows, breweries etc.

Great stay. Conveniently located a block away from an indoor market with permanent food trucks, live music and shopping. Easy place for Uber/Lyft drivers to find, convenient street parking and laundry facilities across the street.

We stayed for a 4-day 3-generation family vacation. There was ample space to spread out and make everyone comfortable. Restaurants, shops, transportation are all close by and made the location quite convenient. Peter was a great host and responded promptly to any and all questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent location, not the best amenities for a work trip (not a great iron, no shampoo/soap in the bathroom, beds were a little squeaky). More of a group vacation type air bnb. Location was right near a global market which was cool. Peter was nice and communicative
