My place is close to the calm Sant Adrià beach and tram to city center. Its a great choice for those looking for calm location, away from the noises of the city center, yet very well connected with tram+metro to the center of Barcelona. Close to the beach (just a 10min walk) and directly connected with tram to the Primavera Sound concert venue. Great for couples and solo adventurers.

all was good! The apartment was clean, linens and towels was fresh, the kitchen have everything what are need. The beach, supermarket, tram station, all is close. Only one nuance if you are shy, the bathroom is partition by a curtain. Jose Manuel thank you for everything!

We (4 males) stayed in this location since it was within walking distance from Primavera Sound festival (20 minutes). Since we spent all our time at the festival we only used the accommodation for sleeping and drinking coffee with the provided Moka Pot. There was one sofa bed and a normal bed which we shared. The sofa bed wasn't very big but we were still able to share it comfortably. All the bedding was clean and the flat was very tidy in general. Since the festival ended at 6am we usually went into bed in the early morning and slept until 2pm each day and the blinds kept the room dark which was a blessing, but maybe others might not enjoy the darkness as we did. The surrounding area was quiet enough with some bars/places to grab a quick bite to ea but there was nothing that fancy that we found. The walk to the Parc del Forum went through some run down areas but we never felt in any danger. Otherwise it was a good location with access to the Tram or a 20 minute walk to (maybe 2 metros?). I didn't meet Jose but met his friend who let me in at noon which was handy for me. There was also a beer in the fridge which was a welcome addition. There was no door between the room and the bathroom which some may find a bit awkward although we didn't really mind. (again: 4 males)

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is close to plenty of shops and is really well connected with public transport so it's easy to get into Barcelona centre! The only thing to take into consideration if you're staying with a group, there's no toilet door! Everything else was great :).

We called the host about an hour before our arrival as he had told us, but we were waiting about 20 minutes outside because he delaid and we also called him 3 times to ask when he is arriving. The appartement was clean but THE BATHROOM HAD NO DOOR!!!!and since we were 4 friends and not a couple this was a probleme for us.The bed was bad and the sofa bed even worse for 2 people. The second day the cleaner came in the appartment (by accident us they told us) and made a mess to our stuff and she even through away some of our stuff. The location was close to the metro station 10 stops from placa Catalunia tha main square.Generally the appartement was overpriced for what offered.

Jose was easily accessible for all the many questions we had and had someone there to welcome us when we arrived. Even came out at 930pm when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Located in walking distance of 2 metro stations. Quick and simple to get downtown and all around the city. Also near a tram. We never road it though. Always the metro or the bus. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We went to Boca Bocata almost everyday for amazing pizza and sangria. Close to a really nice mall, Diagonal Mar. Very quiet apartment building and neighborhood. Very clean and nicely decorated. Our only complaint is that from the pictures we didn't realize that the bathroom doesn't have an actual door. It looked like a sliding door but its not. There's a very see through hanging divider in the door that offers almost no privacy. A curtain would be better. Made it a bit awkward for us. (Four friends.) Nice size apartment. Second bed was a futon and not the sofa pictured. Wasn't a bad bed at all. Just not the one pictured.
