One or two bedrooms available, will accomodate a party of four maximum. If you enjoy the outdoors this property is loaded with fun to provide the most of your outdoor time. Cocktails at the outdoor kitchen, wine by the campfire, a sunset hottub or just laying on the lawn and soaking up the sunshine, you will relax in no time.

Use the outdoor kitchen for preparing your dinner, take a sunrise soak in the hot tub. A variety of lawn games, and toys, or just enjoy the view on the patios.

We love to meet new people but if privacy is your thing we have plenty of space.

Great residential area, very quiet. Neighbors often come by to enjoy a full-moon campfire by the stream.

Convenient to Reno (17 mi.) or Carson City (10mi.). No public transportation to or from those locations. Minutes to Lake Tahoe for summer or winter fun.

Cats live here, but mostly outdoors. Wildlife abounds in the adjacent wetlands area but we can't guarantee viewings, we regularly see Wild Horses, Pelicans, Eagles, Coyotes, Hawks, Deer, and the always frantic California Quail.

Dale's place was amazing! I've stayed in ALOT of AirBnB's and this one ranks near the top of all time. First of all Dale and Denise were great hosts. We had so much in common from outdoor activities, to travel, to fun games! The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I don't even have words to describe how beautiful the property is. You have to just be there to feel how peaceful it is there. We were close to Reno and Tahoe and did all the exploring we wanted to easily. Anyone one looking for a beautiful, quite, scenic place should absolutely stay here!

Dale and Denise were incredibly accommodating from check in to check out. Their hospitality and warmth is something special - I wish I had the opportunity to stay longer! The home is welcoming and the views are incredible - do not miss out on spending time watching the sun set over the Sierras! I also loved that this location is half way between Reno and Carson City - it was close enough to restaurants but far enough away for there to be quiet surroundings. Would stay here again if I find myself in the area!

My husband and I were visiting Carson City for a wedding. How lucky were we to have found Dale's place! I only wish we could have stayed longer. We felt very much at home. The room was very clean and comfortable. The house itself is very beautiful and wonderfully situated right by the mountains and a short distance from Lake Tahoe. I hope to be back soon and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

An absolutely beautiful house with beautiful view of the mountains. You can see the stars at night, we took the liberty of using the hammock in the front yard to stare at it. Lots of brochures and guide books of the area. Clean bathroom with all the amenities :)

The house of Denise and Dale is beautiful and very clean. Both are wonderful friendly hosts. Too bad we only had one night. We wish that we could stay longer. We decided to book with the next America vacation again this accommodation at Denise and Dale. Thanks Denise and Dale

My wife Denise and I love sharing our beautiful home and property. We enjoy being outdoors whenever possible and have attempted to create living space and outdoor spaces and activities to provide opportunities to do just that. We are avid cyclists, skiers, campers, kayakers and enjoy volleyball while watching the sun set behind our mountains. We enjoy friends in Bavaria and like to mountain bike the Alps with them. Traveling to new places is often done with little planning and we love the surprises. One of our most favorite things is to sit by our backyard campfire and enjoy the moon dropping behind the Sierras while illuminating our property with a dozen tikis, it gives that sense of being in a paradise somewhere far away. While we enjoy dining out we prefer to create delightful meals that always include a kitchen sink salad and nice wines. We are friendly folks who enjoy meeting new people and making friends.
