The place is absolutely perfect, ideal for a family but also cool and fun. The apartment is ideally located and being able to enjoy the hotel's facilities adds another layer of convenience.

An amazing, beautifully converted building just off the main street in the historic old town of Dinan.

This is the second of Maxime's apartments we have stayed in linked to the Arvor and we loved this one even more than the last. A little shabby chic but has real charm, great location and very spacious. Apartment wouldn't be good for toddlers but for our 7and 9 year old the mezzanine room was perfect.

I would not recommend to expensive for what it is , lounge furniture has had it , needs to be replaced . Don't go there in summer , especially if you need all bedrooms.

The loft is beautiful and spacious! It is managed by a small hotel next door, which made check in and check out very easy. But the loft is its own separate thing, and feels unique in every way! We loved the decor, and the large, comfortable living spaces. There is a tight spiral staircase to one of the three bedrooms. Be aware that getting luggage up there may take some agility. We didn't mind - we just left our luggage downstairs in one of the other rooms! Highly recommended. And Dinan is magical, even in the off-season!

The Loft Arvor is a beautiful property with a central location in Dinan. Check in/check out are handled by the namesake Hotel Arvor, which is mere steps away - set that in (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps as your first stop in town. The Hotel Arvor also offered parking in their lot for 8 Euro/night. Hotel Arvor housekeepers also come by daily to clean and make the beds, which is an unusual perk for an AirBnb. The apartment has been designed with a cool vibe and a reclaimed-materials industrial style. It has great light, soaring ceilings in the common areas, enormous space, and is quiet and secluded. The Loft Arvor has a huge great room with sofa, chairs, dining room table, and open-floor plan kitchen. The sofa and armchairs are cool and have character, but are somewhat uncomfortable due to worn-out and broken-down suspension; some repairs would make them perfect. There are 3 bedrooms, but only 2 of them are truly private, the third is a loft overlooking the great room and accessed by a spiral staircase. Good for kids; but a couple might desire more privacy from the rest of the apartment. The bedroom closest to the front door is best for older guests; it does not require using any of the stairs inside the apartment, and is close by the bathroom. There are 2 toilets; 1 of them is in a room adjacent to the bedroom upstairs of the kitchen. It is an odd design, as you must wash your hands in the kitchen sink (or the bathroom at the other end of the apartment) after using the upstairs toilet; there are no other plumbing fixtures proximate to it. This configuration may be off-putting to American guests who are used to having sinks and toilets nearly universally co-located. As another guest mentioned, the flight of three steps down to the kitchen might benefit from the addition of a railing; the steps are made of a type of European diamond plate steel that can be slippery in stocking feet. The kitchen itself is excellent, with all of the furnishings necessary to enjoy meals at home. It is very spacious, as well. There are no laundry facilities in the apartment, but we found a laundromat a short walk away, and the Hotel Arvor will also launder items for you, albeit at a higher price. The apartment is accessed via a corridor through the stairwell of the building in front of it; this corridor appeared to be under renovation during our visit, and was very dark to pass through at night. We were only given 1 key to the apartment; it would have been nice to have others so that we could split up without needing to coordinate getting back at the same time. The key fob is a large monkey's fist knot; this was occasionally unwieldy to keep in one's pocket. All of these trifling grievances aside, the Loft Arvor is a superb AirBnb. The location cannot be beaten for centrality to all...
