This modern, spacious new room has recently been refurnished with new beds. The space contains one double bed and one bunk bed. It is a spacious bed room with plenty room to run around and dance when you come home drunk. The room has a big wardrobe where you and your guests can store all your stuff comfortably. It has a sink in the room in case you get thirsty during the middle of the night. The room has recently been fitted with a new locking mechanism, so you and your guests can go out and rest assured that all your valuables are safe behind a locked bedroom door.

The downstairs bathroom is a bit smaller . It has an electric shower, a toilet and a sink.
The back garden is a perfect chill out area when it is sunny. We spend a lot of time sitting, chatting, laughing and drinking fine Irish whiskey such as Jameson or Bushmills or taking it easy and enjoying one of the many craft beers of Ireland.
Interaction with guests
You see that other listing on airbnb, the ones you are looking at and kinda thinking about staying there?? Forget it, I am easily the most knowledgeable and fun host on airbnb. If you don't stay with me while you are visiting Dublin your kids will stop loving you and you will die unhappy.
I LOVE Dublin, I mean I honestly love my city so much,I know so much in depth history about the city that no other host could even come close to telling you all of my fun facts. I love being able to pass my knowledge of local restaurants, local parks, local take aways and local sports events onto my guests. The thing I love to pass on the most to my guests is my opinion on the Irish pubs and I have a few 100 I can always recommend that you visit. I can recommend a different bar for every day of the week ( seriously, some pubs are only busy on certain days) . I can always tell you were you can get a cheap pint of Guiness and a great shot of Irish whiskey. I love advising my guests on the funniest places to go dance and the best places to go to talk absolute bullshit with strangers.
Don't worry if you are not the social type, I won't annoy you if you stay, I take my guests privacy extremely seriously and will do everything I can to make my guests feel as comfortable as they would in their own home.
Other things to note
