Federico's apartment is in a fantastic location, however, the beds are not comfortable unfortunately. My husband is reasonably tall and he really couldn't sleep at all. Also, the kitchen is not well equipped (eg no hot water jug, the cork screw was broken) and we couldn't use the stove as the burners didn't get hot enough to boil water. The check in was great and went very smoothly! The apartment is close to the resin station, really easy to find the apartment by foot.

Great roomy apartment with fabulous location . Only issue was the mezzanine stairs were tricky to navigate . Great communication however and very secure.

This was not my first time in Florence so I picked this apartment because of the location mainly. However, as soon as we entered the apartment there was an odor like sewage, or mold, or dead animal - couldn’t put my finger on it. The WiFi was not consistent. It worked for the first day and the second it cut off. The communication was great and fast however from the time of communication to 6 hours later when the WiFi issue was fixed was inconvenient. The WiFi that was “fixed” only worked for 2 hours after and cut off again. I needed the WiFi for my job and had to go out and get public WiFi. The floor was also not cleaned which didn’t help. It was a great location and has great potential. I do recommend putting a railing on the loft/staircase. For a couple nights stay it is not bad but not long term.

The apartment is in a great location, the Duomo is literally around the block & there are plenty of amazing restaurants down the street. The place was huge & we didn't find it too noisy. There was a light smell of mold or sewage in the apartment & the vacant building it resides in, but it could have been stale air. The loft bed above didn't get too warm, but be warned that there is no hand rail for the steps leading up to the bedroom. Checking in was easy & we were provided with a ton of great information once we arrived. I'd recommend this apartment if you're looking for something close to the Duomo in Florence.

Thank you Federico! We loved the view of the Duomo and the location was fantastic. Everything we saw in Florence was a 25 minute walk or less. It was wonderful to be able to wash clothes halfway into our trip and using the drying racks helped immensely. The wifi worked and there were wine glasses and a corkscrew - what more could you need?
