Kayagarden is built in a traditional style with modern comfort. There are 2 covered terraces, a big private pool (35m2) and a spacious garden of 1500 m2. A great location to discover the area. Close to the center of Kayakoy, which is lively with restaurants, music and events in high season. The excellent service of our Turkish neighbors gives that little bit extra. Great stay for 2 to 6 guests.

The villa was built in 2004 and covers a total of 180 m2. The villa was renovated in 2014 and now consists of a living area with sofa, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom with extra toilet and 2 covered terraces. Although it does not get too hot in the summer, air conditioning is provided. Great stay for 2 to 6 guests.
