Absolute beachfront, amazing views and beach access. This is unique place. Two stylish studio units that share a wonderful covered outdoor living space and outdoor kitchen.
Great for kids to swim & play in the estuary (in addition to the beach) right on the doorstep. Great for larger families or two families sharing a holiday

The space
This is a wonderfully relaxed beach house, outdoor showers, plenty of room for kids to play

Two separate units each with a double bed (one king and one queen) and a set of bunks, great for two couples and kids or just two couples.

You will share the wonderful outdoor living space that includes the kitchen.

Cooking is "camping" style with a microwave, small fridge, toaster and kettle in each studio, and a BBQ in the shared space. There is also an electric cooking element and pots and pans in the shared space along with a larger refrigerator that has a small freezer compartment..

If I am in residence, the main house adjoins the shared outdoor space. So I may share the outdoor space, but I have my own internal and seperate kitchen. I also have a seperate deck.
