Interaction with guests
Of course, I am always available to help guests if there are any questions.
Other things to note
The driveway is shared with the upstairs apartment. I recommend parking in a garage then using Uber and Lyft, or biking and walking around for convenience. Charleston is a small city, and parking can become annoying.
While making repairs this summer I discovered that this historic house had no insulation. To resolve the noise issue, the whole house was completely insulated with noise deafening results in August 2017. I also have sound machines with chromotherapy in each bedroom to help guests get a better nights sleep. The bathroom sink and fixtures have been updated this summer. There are new handles on the bathroom sink, a soft close Toto toilet seat was installed, and the sink was reglazed.

I love to travel and explore new places. For you, coming to Charleston, I suggest checking out to see what's happening when you are in town. The Charleston City Paper also has best picks of what to do each week.
I have a few properties in Charleston, and Folly Beach, SC. Both the city and beach town are delightful and dear to me and my family. Search for Polly's Folly Oceanfront home to see one of my houses and verify my background.
Designer Angie Hranowsky helped me pull Polly's Chaz Digs together for your use. This is a classic, simple, spacious Charleston home built in 1880. The intention of of my house is not to stuff it with beds and furniture. My ideal is to provide guests with clean, airy living environments while in town. If friends and family want to travel together while preserving privacy, there is another great apartment downstairs.
