My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.
Our 4 Bedroom Grosvenor Street house was built in the early 1900’s and has undergone a beautiful renovation by its current owners. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. Rates quoted are for 6 people. $20.00 each additional person up to a maximum of 8.
With entry via its own private driveway located at 40 Grosvenor St where there is ample parking for 2 or more cars it is a home away from home. Entry is from the back of the house into a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen comes complete with oven, ceramic cook top, full size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and butler’s pantry. There is a dining setting for 8 guests and the lounge room consists of 2 x 3 seater couches and a large LCD Smart TV.
There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which have Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom 2 x Single Beds. All have LCD TV's. The main bedroom has a ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom consists of a walk in shower, 1500mm bath, vanity and toilet.
The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
The house is all on the one level.
The house is serviced daily with the exception of Public Holidays. This is a basic service that includes towels change and rubbish removal. For stays of 8 or more nights the house will be cleaned once during the week.

Interaction with guests
Staff are available at reception between 9am - 5pm each day and can help with things to do, directions and help book tours.
Other things to note
Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 people this includes children of all ages. If on arrival your reservation exceeds the maximum occupancy your reservation will be refused and money will not be refunded.
Bedding is unable to be moved or split.
No Bucks or Hens Nights.
Guests are required to sign a noise policy and damage policy on check-in.
There is a 7 night minimum stay over Christmas and New Years Eve.
We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Christmas Day or New Years Day. Other minimum stays may apply to selected dates and will be advised on enquiry.
This house has approval from Hobart City Council as Short Term Visitor Accommodation.
