Wonderful place with beautiful gardens. Nice to be able to use the washing machine. Right by main bus to take you to Venice. Nice to be out of the busy streets and at a nice quiet place. Thank you for having us.

Great little place about 15 minutes from the train station. Very easy to get the number 6 bus straight into Venice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Gianni was very helpful when we arrived and we would recommend.

Gianni is a very friendly host and gave us a lot of helpful tips and insights in the locality. The place was clean and suitable, but some ants were visiting the bathroom and the small kitchen from time to time.
