This room has a double bed, en suite shower and toilet cubicle, TV, clock radio and tea/coffee making facility. The guest rooms are located on the first floor of a building accessed by an outside staircase. A travel cot or fold-out bed can be supplied for infants/children. There is plenty of parking on this holiday site and spacious grounds and play area.
A continental breakfast tray can be arranged for an extra charge.
N.B. WiFi not available in room, can be accessed at Reception.

The space

The guest room is located on a 10-acre holiday site with mainly self-catering lodges. This is a peaceful, rural, family-friendly place. Your room is not inside anyone's home - it is in an entirely separate building and accessible up a flight of outside stairs and along a corridor with a couple of other guest rooms adjacent. Guests are able to go in and out at any time. This is a small double room but there is space for a cot or fold-out bed for an infant or child (we can provide this). The room has an en suite shower and toilet cubicle.

Guest access

As explained, you have easy access to your room at any time as it is not located inside a private residence but in a separate building next to the owner's house on the site. Guests can also enjoy free access to the grounds - garden, field with children's play area and tennis court. There is plenty of secure parking space on the site. We can provide a hair drier and iron/ironing board - if you ask at Reception. We also do service clothes washes.

Interaction with guests

As we live on the site we are generally available to assist our guests. In the event we are away for an extended period, we usually have caretakers who stay in our house and look after things in our absence and a back-up person who lives next door and is available on the phone.

Other things to note

The price of the room includes a tea/coffee making facility but not breakfast. Byron's Cafe in the village does full cooked breakfasts and has an expresso coffee machine. We can provide a continental breakfast tray in the room for an extra charge - you would need to arrange this the night before at reception.

WiFi not available in the room but can be accessed from Reception area.

Smoking is not permitted in the room or the hallway outside. The smoke detectors are very sensitive.

Whilst pets are not permitted in our guest rooms, our self-catering holiday lodges elsewhere on the site frequently have pets in them and they are permitted to let them off the lead in the field (but nowhere else).

We had an amazing time at Janes's. It is as described and a great location. Fantastic information given when we checked in on walks a d what to do and also a warmth send off when we checked out. Room was clean and provided the basics for a comfortable stay. Quiet and with easy access to many towns. Thanks

We had a lovely stay, the room was clean and comfortable with an ensuite. Jane and Tony were both very welcoming and informative. Will definitely stay here again, very good value for money and a great base for exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire.

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was just as the pictures show and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, very central to a number of towns, particularly Tenby. The location is also stunning with lots of beautiful areas to check out. We felt very welcome here and would happily stay again

My husband Tony and I moved here from London in 2001 and absolutely love it. We bought a rural holiday site with lodges. As well as running that, we are involved with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and I am studying for my Masters in History at Swansea University. Tony was recently elected a Councillor for Pembrokeshire County Council.

We enjoy being near the coast and frequently pop down to the beach at Amroth for a walk. Our site is on hill a few minutes drive (or 20 min walk) to the coast. It's wonderful whatever the time of the year or the weather and very reviving for both the body and the spirit.

We have enjoyed hosting many Air B&B guests in our lodges and guest rooms and look forward to welcoming many more via this method of booking.
