Other things to note

Hello, In August 2015, we replaced the 2 old clic-clacs with new ones with mattresses "special regular sleeping", put a new filter coffee maker, and changed the mechanism of the flush that leaked. We take into account the comments of all our tenants in order to improve the apartment for the comfort of all.

The appartment was very nice thanks to the authentic building and the surroundings. Great views from the windows and a gentle little village with only 40 permanent habitants. Josephine and Jean-Marie welcomed us warmly and helped where they could. The way from Grossa to Campomoro and Sartène is a typical way in Corsica, so be carefull in your driving but there is few traffic so it is still relaxed. The feedback from one of the other tenants to go to the beach of Tizzano was really valuable. It was the greatest beach we did from the 6 beaches during our trip. We lived a happy life in Grossa.

We had a very good time in Grossa. The place was peaceful the house nice and the fantastic beaches of Tizzano and Campomoro not so far. We didn't meet Marion, but the neighboors Jeannette and Jean-Marie were very useful and kind.

The village of Grossa is a very short row of ancient houses and lots of blooming bushes and trees. Our apartment was in the house, built of huge rough stones (as, apparently, the other houses of the village). Those who have ever visited at least one castle can imagine the thickness of the walls and the floor in the entrance corridor! Our two-bedroom apartment was equipped with all modern facilities, well ventilated and dry. From one of the rooms you can watch the morning sun and it is so hot that you can sunbathe next to the window. Nights are completely silent. Grossa is located well off big tracks, but it is easily accessible by two small beautiful roads. In 20-30 minutes of slow drive you can reach a few groups of beautiful sandy beaches. Even in late July, there are not many people on the beach and you can find some shade. Unfortunately, there are not many places for parking, either. If you arrive no later than 10:00, there is a chance to leave the car along the road and descend to the sea. A 20 minutes’ drive along the lanes with beautiful views - and you're in the ancient town of Sartene, which looks more like a fortress. It’s pleasant to walk along narrow streets, stairways, gloomy buildings growing from cliffs - and then find yourself in the area of numerous restaurants and cafes, some of them being quite exclusive. Sartene is a nice place to visit in the late afternoon, after spending half of the day on the sunny beach.

We had a very good experience staying for 5 days in Grossa. The small village is kind of lost in mountains of south corsica. The place has a perfect view. The appartment is convenient enough to discover this great region.

An excellent, isolated well set up apartment, for those wanting an easy, simple holiday. Great communication with owner. We have two children and they also loved it.

We had great time in Marion's apartment. Grossa is a little village in a very pleasant and calm area of Corsica and quite close to wonderful beaches. We didn't meet Marion but was easy for us to reach the house and arrange our stay.
