Nestled in Bushwick!
5 minute walk to Wilson L Subway Stop! 30 Minute subway ride into Union Square! Where you can pick up Trader Joes groceries!

1 block away from Houdini's Pizza Laboratory Restaurant, Nowadays & Father Knows Best Wine Bar. You’ll love my place because of The Queen Sized Bed. Large table for laptop or working. 1st floor. Couch to chill on. Short walk to Irving Park. Really convenient to use the L line. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space

I've really made this place my home in New York (which took quiet a bit of time to do!). It's organized well in that it fits the Queen sized bed properly, a couch comfortably and a large desk. It's perfect for working at the desk in peace, watching a film on the couch or just relaxing on the bed.

The rest of the apartment is clean and quiet and lots of space for NYC

Guest access

You can access the public areas, but not my roommates rooms obviously. The basement is occupied by a couple. So essentially just stick to upstairs.

Interaction with guests

If you need me, I'll be available via texts or Airbnb.

Other things to note

Just note that the ground floor windows in my room lead out to the space between our buildings. It's very quiet and luckily doesn't get the harsh sun. The windows are all barred so it's very secure.

We arrived at 11:00am on Christmas Eve to the local coffee shop to pick up the key. It was located within walking distance of the apartment, and then we were able to get in. The apartment had wonderful art on the walls, really no need to go to the Moma. :-) (do anyways) The apartment was clean! A little dusty, but we were able to sweep ourselves & got it taken care of. There weren't any sheets included with the bed, but the host had left us money to buy new sheets with. The kitchen was beautiful! Loved how much light got in from the windows. There wasn't a coffee maker at the place, but the apartment is in walking distance of two coffee shops, and the bodega also sells coffee. If you're an avid coffee drinker, that's a thing to know. We bought some instant coffee packets & made it work. The host was very communicative, and any issues we encountered, we had an answer for within a few hours. Overall it was a very good stay!

Only takes 15 minutes to get to the city! It seems like and up and coming artsy neighborhood with good cafes. We were never really there, but Justin was easy and accommodating with our check-in and check-out. Not a romantic/family getaway, but it was nice for just me and a friend to crash there while exploring the city.
