I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Allan and Suellen. Right from the start I felt extremely comfortable and welcome within their lovely home. Directions were clear and take heed as (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps is a little misleading. Although there are numerous steps to access the property, the elevation affords you a lovely view with a feeling of seclusion. The home was so clean and your every need has been considered with immaculate presention. Allan and Suellen are kind, genuine people who are very interesting to talk to and were so helpful and lovely during my stay. I would encourage you to hang around and explore Picton and experience the real NZ! Molly, the Bichon Frise is a gentle and loving wee soul who will sseek you out for company. Highly recommended. Will be back next time I seek the serenity of the lovely Marlborough Sounds.

On arrival Suellen & Allan offered refreshments which was super lovely and welcoming. They were also entertaining another couple from Germany which made for a nice social vibe! Hosts are definitely down for some good banter. The room itself is impeccably clean and has a good view of the township. Highly recommended for folks who want a bit of the town's history as well as a peaceful rest.

This is what an AirBnb stay should be. Friendly, cozy and comfortable. And an incredibly sweet dog named Molly too! We really felt at home with Alan and Suellen. Great view from their home too. Definitely worth every penny!

Staying with Allan, Suellen & Miss Molly was one of the great highlights of our New Zealand adventure. We could not have been more comfortable or more welcome. (You know it's a good visit if you cry when it is time to leave...) All comforts provided as well as fun conversation and utterly spectacular views. The town of Picton & the surrounding bays are beautiful. Tea with Miss Molly brings joy if you are a travelling pet-lover :)

We had an amazing 3 night stay with Allan and Suellen (and their gorgeous dog Molly!). They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Suellen went out of her way to pick us up from the airport in Blenheim. Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable- as was the bathroom. Allan and Suellen are absolutely lovely hosts and are always happy for a chat over a glass of wine or tea. We would definitely stay again! Felt just like home :)
